Ok but communication is terrible. We had a fault and they said they had to order a part. 8 weeks later we called to ask if it was in yet. Service guy said “yes, but we were waiting for you to call” On pick up the fault was but they had caused another problem. So they clearly don’t test things properly. Also why I picked up the truck the plastic was still on the seat from the mechanic. Most places remove that for you.
Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Very happy with my first ever brand new car, 2026 Trailblazer, very many thanks to Darren and Kaitie. Great experience. Had sudden issues with my car, they were able to book me in next day and take care of things. They arranged for a shuttle to pick me up when vehicle was as ready and kept me up to date while it was being serviced.
Amazing service took my vehicle in for an oil change there was a mix-up with appointments being double booked on the My chevrolet app but The immediate service manager an the 3 techs were able to solve the confusion right away. Got me in an kept me posted on the service of my vehicle an even let me know if I need to rebook to get other things done to call the shop an book with us directly with any concerns ...I may have. Awesome customer service friendly staff & free Cappachinos on standby. Definitely will be my go to place!... read more
