Great experience. Had sudden issues with my car, they were able to book me in next day and take care of things. They arranged for a shuttle to pick me up when vehicle was as ready and kept me up to date while it was being serviced.
Amazing service took my vehicle in for an oil change there was a mix-up with appointments being double booked on the My chevrolet app but The immediate service manager an the 3 techs were able to solve the confusion right away. Got me in an kept me posted on the service of my vehicle an even let me know if I need to rebook to get other things done to call the shop an book with us directly with any concerns ...I may have. Went to Bannister for my oil change. No appointment necessary which was awesome. Maddie helped us out and she was great. Friendly, personable, and she sent us a video below our vehicle. This dealership feels like part of the community, and it is really trying hard. I’m impressed, it’s been a long time since we’ve had this kind of experience with a dealership.
