Disappointing service. My work truck was damaged in an accident and it was under the care of this shop for 2.5 months before they informed ICBC that the truck would be a write off due to a bent frame. I had no work truck for most of the summer and busy work season. It should not take 2.5 months to determine that the frame is too bent to fix. Do not recommend this shop.
The people at Collision auto went the extra mile repairing my car to flawless condition. They showed pride in their work. I would highly recommend this business.

Erik & his team are wonderful! I have never had to deal with a collision shop before and called them to help handle a door ding. From the first phone call I ever had to ask questions to me driving my car away was a wonderful experience! I needed a courtesy car but they were booking out a couple weeks for one. They told me that they would call me if they could get me in sooner and did every opportunity they got until we landed on a date that worked and I was able to get in and out early.
