First couple times were fine, phoned in to schedule and was told it’s walk in only, I come by for a walk in 12:30 on a Tuesday and the shop is closed, I knock to see if it’s just closed for lunch and I Don’t know why, but matt seemed really PO’d from this and passive-aggressively pointed to his business cards on the outside of the door and told me the exact opposite of what he told me on the phone while staring daggers at me that I needed to schedule online.
