I want here for many years and, They did something absolutely crazy, and vandalized the interior of my car, and ruined my glove box by drilling a hole in the latch and lock ofthe glove box because they misplaced the key for locking lug nut on each wheel. The job should have taken about a week, they had the car for 5 weeks and returned it vandalized with only two out of the three items done. Took my older BMW X6 here for a leak in radiator and was charged $700. When the car was returned to me, it overheated and stalled. It was towed back to Salmex, which they did pay for, but unfortunately when the car was returned to me it drove worse than before and the owner would only tell me he could not guarantee anything. Basically he knew the job they did was terrible and would not hold. Needless to say, I had to go to another mechanic who basically confirmed the job was garbage. I will not return.
Customer Beware! A NYS inspection plus an oil change should not cost up to several hundred dollars; that is, twice of what the original auto dealer charges. Creating a most frightening and intimidating customer relations is not key to retaining customers. Fair and courteous treatment of all customers are key to sustaining a healthy business .
