I'd give less, a ZERO if I could. Of the 4 neurologists I have seen in OKC about seizures, Synapses, blood flow, etc, etc. I finally hit Dr. Zubair as a referral by my primary physician. He hadn't looked at my file, which had been forwarded. Did not interview me, or do any tests, did not consult my earlier cardiologists, CABG(x5) surgeons, carotid endarterectomy diagnosis, tests or surgeon, did not read any MRIs or CT Scans....did nothing, saw me and said he did not know what WAS wrong but that ALL the other Drs and surge... read more
