Very sweet gentleman. Always dresses very dapper. Made sure to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
Office workers are incompetent and rude. Talkers not doers. Slow and disorganized. Never called me back. Nothing got done. Gave them multiple opportunities and waited. Definitely lacking. After months of going back and forth with no results, left and went to Advocate. Immediately got instant results. Night and day. Called Rush Copley to let them know why I left, multiple times. No call backs or follow ups. Transferred all my doctors to Advocate. Poor way to run a business. Horrible way to treat a patient! What I experienced.
