First interaction I felt like he was family. His sincerity is undeniable.
I have been waiting for an appointment for my daughter since February 2024. We finally got a call saying that she is scheduled for Dec. 1, which was a very last-minute notice, but thank God my job is flexible. I traveled 45 minutes for the appointment, only to take less than 10 minutes. I am upset because I feel as if this could have been done via Telehealth. Since Dec 1st, I have been waiting for someone to contact me about testing for my daughter, and I have not heard from anyone yet.
The doctor is good! But the office for scheduling and billing is very disappointing! They billed the wrong code for therapy that my child never received. I have spent much time asking the billing to correct it several times; however, the billing did not correct it but asked me to contact the office, and the office never picked up the phone nor responded to me. Just be careful to watch your bills if you observe excessive or multiple bills.
Excellent visit with Dr. Khawaja. Very understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Heard many great things about the doctor but now I’m sad and disappointed. After waiting a year for my appointment thinking I will finally get the help I need my appointments have been cancelled. I’ve made several attempts to contact the office and reschedule no response.
