Disappointed in her bed side manner. Zero sympathy. Zero compassion. Zero understanding. Zero help. She didn't give her patient a chance to speak their truth. She kept talking over the patient. Left the patient in tears and feeling hopeless. Not one kind word to the patient. How sad.
Everyone at the facility was really nice and explained everything that was going to happen. Dr Akram talked to me before and after the procedure and was nice a very professional. She explained everything she found and what will come up next. The nurses were just as nice after the procedure. I also received a phone after I got home to for them to check how I was doing.
