Booked and paid a deposit, told her to work with realtor on confirming service going forward. She kept reaching our and ignored, when I brought up the lack of professionalism she got postal, and then sent me personal phone messages that were inappropriate. Thankfully she refunded the deposit so glad I dodged this bullet.

10/10 would recommend and use again. Absolutely great job! I was able to hire them to clean specific rooms and they did amazing. Definitely using them in the future and recommending them for anyone who needs a good clean for their home.

Received a quote, very responsive initially. When they came to the house I told them the door was unlocked and they could come in. I have a puppy and it was barking. She is behind a gate so they would not be near the dog and the dog could not get near them. I explained that to her, they didn’t even come in and she texted saying, we can’t do it the dog is too big. And after that has not responded at all. I would never do business with them, very unreliable.

Called for an estimate. No show. Sent pics for estimate and all I received back was a smiley face. Save your time and go somewhere else

Unreliable. I called set an appointment, called the day before to confirm. Sally told me she would call the next day and she no showed. Don't even bother contacting this business.
