Can’t say enough good things about Sally’s! My back door was leaking water and I called around 4:00pm to see if this is something they could fix. They not only fixed it the same day, but also didn’t charge me anything for the repair! Great guys and customer service!

sally’s is the best. they had my car ready on time and it looks brand new. they even buffed my whole car so it is super shiny! all they did was replace my front bumper, and painted my hood and spoiler. can’t say enough great things about them. excellent communication as well. great customer service!!!
Horrible experience and customer service. Was told that my car would be ready two weeks ago and they still don’t have it done. I was also told that all of the parts were in, but when I called last week they told me they were still waiting for parts. Was told that my car would now be ready today and just called and they messed a part up so it’s still not done. Very disappointing and will never go back or recommend anyone using this business.

My husband and I took our 2018 Subaru's to Sally's Body shop after they were extensively damaged during a hail storm. We picked them up today - and both cars looked AMAZING. We are pretty picky about our cars, and my husband is the king of OCD - but we have NO complaints. Thank you Sally's Body Shop of Bryant. You guys rock!
