Customer service is awful. I went to another location where they just relocated to and wanted to get the mielle organics line of products that were on sale. This promotion was online and I coudlve picked up in store. Well since the other location off of old camp road near Costco relocated they weren't doing online orders just yet. I called this horrible location and they said they would be able to help me. The online location said I was in Canada I downloaded their sorry app and it still didnt help me. Poor service came to purchase several products and was ask to pay for a bag to carry my products out in, I thought the cashier was kidding but she was not very poor customer service. After the pandemic businesses are charging consumers to make up for there loss. Everyone loss treat your customer’s with Exceptional Service you should be ashamed.
