I went to Sallys St Thomas, I go thr often and the staff are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I went thr yesterday with some opened used toner and some not opened unused toners. I wasn't happy with products, skin reactions etc. I was unaware the " love it or return" policy was 60 days. I came in tonight at 6:50pm thinking they close at 8pm. But they actually close at 7pm two nights of the week. I apologized for coming in right at close and said I'd just make my return and come back another day to discuss hair colour for my greys (I've been lucky not to have greys... but I guess now time has caught up with me 😅.)
