After a routine checkup, I questioned the desk clerk about being double billed. She said it was because I mentioned ankle discomfort, which they claimed was outside the scope of the checkup. They charged both me and my insurance for a separate office visit, then soon after sent me a letter dropping me as a patient.
Avoid Dr. Sally Thomas at all costs is all I'm going to say. Trust me.
Dr. May, is the best and all the staff are very professional
This place has really went down, they took so many test and the labs came back with low or elevated levels and the PA states that the results are normal. I been calling these people for over a week since I was not treated for my symptoms the day of my visit. Just for the nurse to try to reschedule me to come in for another visit . Some people have jobs and can't continue to take off just for the PA to read my results. She said she would contact me, yet I'm still here trying to read all my results.
