Dr Thomas has been my and my husband's family doctor for 10 years and she is caring and takes the time to listen during our visits. The staff is friendly and have always been helpful.
After a routine checkup, I questioned the desk clerk about being double billed. She said it was because I mentioned ankle discomfort, which they claimed was outside the scope of the checkup. They charged both me and my insurance for a separate office visit, then soon after sent me a letter dropping me as a patient.
Avoid Dr. Sally Thomas at all costs is all I'm going to say. Trust me.
