Hello, I want to start by acknowledging that my massage therapist was excellent. I visited on Tuesday, November 4th at 11:00 a.m. The massage itself was wonderful and I appreciated their professionalism. I even tipped $40 because the service was that good. However, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price point.
