Yeah just pass on this one. 10 hours of work showing homes. Gets a $24k commission and then just leaves you hanging. Decided to take a vacation so wasn't there to hand off keys, help us deal with the excess trash left by sellers, or even come by to remove the door key access. We had to cut it off with a saw. What a great service.
