The tour was fantastic.Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable and fun.This tour is a much do in Jacksonville.
I’m not sure if the tour changed from previous years but this was sadly a huge bust. It was very boring, half of the things they didn’t even talk about. We barely saw any animatronics, like they have on their site. I understand it’s free but I would have more than happy to pay something to see something. Really a big bummer… The tour guide was extremely sweet and patient with the kids, this was not a reflection on her at all.
They are not allowed for no phone policy in their facility. Shouting out the lady who should be fired immediately!
Awesome
This place is one of the coolest hidden gems in Jacksonville. Awesome tour with interactive animatronics. Shows a side of Jax you never see.
