DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER I ordered sympathy flowers a friend and they were not delivered on the specified date- instead they were delivered the night before in the late evening when the recipient was not home. Then the flowers were left with a neighbor after the driver called me. The driver spoke limited English so communication was very difficult. Now, 5 days later- I have called REPEATEDLY asking to see if my flowers even reached the recipient and to speak to a manager- with no response or correction.... read more
This place does not exist there and no flowers
I live in California and found their website on Google. Besides the bad reviews, because their prices were cheaper, I thought, 'let's give them a try.' I ordered 12 dozen roses for my girlfriend for Saturday delivery. Honestly, it can't be better than this. The flowers and arrangement were perfect. I also called customer service regarding the tracking. The young lady took my number and called me back from Canada to let me know my flower was delivered. Overall, this was the best flower service I've ever used. Thank you!
