Wonderful doctor she’s my moms primary care unfortunately due to one of the other reviews proving to be correct about the medical office side of things being a dumpster fire of a mess post COVID with constant reschedules and cancellations or appointments being too far out I had to temporarily switch my moms care being an HMO to one of the other doctors Fyi to those with Aetna or other Medicaids 2 providers were accepting but are in paperwork loophole/gray area Vanessa Escobar and Ramzi Zureikat I hope this helps those of you... read more

Appointment was canceled a week before 2 times in a row by this Dr. Office, with each time moving the appointment out 2 months. The last time was it for me, looking elsewhere.
Dr. Dawood is super, but the past year with the multiple cancellations/reschedules and issues with the office staff has been a dumpster-fire. The office staff is fairly abrupt to the point of being unprofessional, they're not helpful, and you don't get sufficient information from them. Also, a request for medical records that needed to be sent to my insurance carrier sat for a month and required multiple follow-ups to get them to take any action.
