I’m in the store A LOT. A few days ago, I spent $100 every time I go back I never have any rewards. They keep telling me oh you get a reward after you spend $50 no you don’t I’ve never gotten one reward from them! Not to mention everything is so freaking expensive but then you go in there and they’re snobby they really don’t know what they’re talking about and you don’t get your rewards yeah makes people wanna go elsewhere. And no, I’m not calling. No damn number nobody’s gonna do anything anyway.

The people who run this store are rude and disrespectful. They have people selling products that they know nothing about the products. None Of them are hairdressers ! They don't even know how color works or perms . They are incompetent. They also lie about the products . I was told a shampoo and conditioner was wax and parabin free it coated my hair with so much wax my hair was limp . My hairdresser was cutting lmy hair as the wax was falling off my hair . This place should be closed .

The women behind the register greeted me and was very friendly. However there is a very small section of ethnic products... and not even good ones. Walked away with nothing.
