I was just in the other day and Lyndsi helped me pick out the perfect products for my hair they are super amazing and are working very well she is great with customer service made me feel right at home very friendly and a nice positive attitude the store was nice and clean as well Lyndsi is very knowledgeable about your products if anyone goes there I always recommend speaking with her as she helped me out tremendously ten out of ten give this girl a raise she is super awesome and amazing

Been coming to Effingham for a smidge over two decades. First time visiting this Sally’s. It was ok. Went on a weekend day. Two sales associates a woman and man. I didn’t get the best vibes going in so I tried to be a little more friendly and reassuring than normal. The woman associate was friendly and helpful. Love coming here the staff are so professional and make the experience easy. Was looking for some product to strengthen and lengthen my hair and the staff directed me to the products I needed, and actually made some suggestions for some items that would help repair my hair. Every time I go in here it is a pleasant experience and an errand I enjoy running
I’d give then a MINUS 10 stars if I could! Stay away from this Sally’s!! The manager is definitely not smart ( my nice words) and definitely does not know Sally’s own return policies!!!
