Placed a 2-hour delivery order through the Sally website and received the wrong item. I ordered a $27 1lb bucket of Wella lighter and received a $7 1oz package of Loreal lightener. Tried calling the store for over an hour with no answer. Called the Sally Beauty customer care line and that associate called four times herself with no answer. I had the worst experience I could’ve possibly had at this location. I’m not a cosmologist I must say, but I shop a lot because I dye my hair at home. I regularly go to Athens but that day they were out of what I was looking for. When I came in, I was greeted kindly by an employee named Dalya. Honestly the store having 3.8 stars I don’t think is accurate. The associates deserves 5 stars!! With how helpful, respectful and great they’ve made my shopping experience each time I come in. Now as for that store manager I didn’t quit catch her name, because she doesn’t wear a name tag which I’m sure she is required to, but I see other people in the reviews have complained about her and if im not mistaken goes by the name of “Nzinga” she deserves a one star rating. I love sallys at any other location but this location is particularly bad because of a woman named nzinga, she was extremely disrespectful to her employees and not willing to help customers. she was rude to customers as well. it needs looked in to because what she was saying was not okay.
