When you order a 2hr delivery you would think it would be simple. 3 hrs goes by and you follow up and Instead no one knows anything about who picks up and delivers. You wait 30 min online to be told by Sally bot,could be delivered next day. Cancelled the order. This is discouraging to say the least.
The manger wouldn’t let me exchange a product or return the money I used to pay for the andis clippers that were defective the manger wouldn’t give me my cash back when I purchased with cash even told them they could check the cameras and the manger got really sassy I wouldn’t recommend buying products from them
Order online and they never have what their site says.
Placed a 2-hour delivery order through the Sally website and received the wrong item. I ordered a $27 1lb bucket of Wella lighter and received a $7 1oz package of Loreal lightener. Tried calling the store for over an hour with no answer. Called the Sally Beauty customer care line and that associate called four times herself with no answer. In all of my many years of shopping with Sally's both in store and online, I've NEVER had this big of an issue.
