This was the worst store experience I have ever had in my life. I can’t even make myself go into all the details because there is not enough room here to describe everything that went wrong. Including management, these were the worst employees I’ve ever come across. They could barely even read or process simple information, and the manager was no better, refusing to fix their glitched system and just telling me I’m out of luck. It was unbelievable… Drive the extra miles and go to a different location.
This store purposely doesn't sell products used by an African American demographic. When I asked for a product used for African American hair, the manager suggested I drive 30 minutes away to another location. I suggest anyone who is reading this, especially minorities, shop black owned beauty supply stores. Go where your celebrated not tolerated.
