Horrible customer service. I come in and they are all talking and they dont even look at me and when i tried to ask for help they kept talking. Rude. Never going there again
I was there this evening, 1/16/15, right before closing. I walked in and was asked if I needed help. I said yes, which was apparently the wrong thing to say, because the girl then made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience. I asked her for help picking out extensions and she told me in an extremely snotty tone "I don't think you'll find a match. Your hair is reaalllyyy Orange."
