I SELECTED ONE STAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW I VISITED THE MARKET STREET LOCATION ON FEBRUARY 16, 2023 at 4:07pm I WAS IN THERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES I LITERALLY HAD TO WALK DOWN EACH AISLE IN ORDER TO FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR THERE WERE 2 FEMALE ASSOCIATES PRESENT. THEY WERE HOLDING A PERSONAL CONVERSATION THE ENTIRE TIME.. WHEN I REALIZED THAT NO ONE OFFERED ME ANY ASSISTANCE I PUT MY ITEM BACK AND WALKED OUT TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Went to the new location (by Ross and staples) and will definitely return! Jaden was so helpful and personable and made the whole experience AMAZING. Love her!

Fae is a trash person They shouldn't be working for this company. They make coming here super uncomfortable. I don't know how or why they would ever get a promotion cause they are so average at what they do. Also. I hope she never ever has kids she doesn't deserve them.
