My friend and I went in to this establishment seeking advice on the best color transition from green/blue to rose gold for their hair. When I decided to talk to the employees, they proceeded to interrupt me, give me incorrect information, and disregard what I had to say. Kate Swick (employee) helped me with my entire purchase. From hair to makeup she walked me through the process. Kate was very knowledgeable about all the merchandise that the company sells. Sally’s need to hire more Kates!

I showed up 30 minutes before they were closing on a Sunday evening. The gal working was incredibly helpful and patient. She was fun to talk with and it actually made my decision to add a fun little pop of purple to my hair a solid choice!
