Overall my experiences here have been discouraging. The staff made recommendations that were hurtful for my hair dying process. Will not return to this store. I hope this is not all Sally's and is just the one location. Disappointed would be an understatement.
I love this store. They have everything. Everythinggg. And cheap. No beauty license required.
