I asked where can I find rubber bands around 6:30 pm CST 3/8/22 and the store associate responded, "Sally doesn't really carry anything extension related". When I say I have lived all over the US but the ignorance since I've been in TX is truly unmatched. I am not wearing extensions and wouldn't go to a place like Sally to inquire about extensions. Still trying to understand the relationship between extensions and rubber bands. Never coming back here. #sallybeauty.
