I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to. My daughter went into this Sally's with a plan on what she was gonna do and the person working there told her that she didn't have to do that that she could just buy this hair dye for dark and and she would get the same result.WELL that didn’t and now she is very upset upset. Thank you very much Sally worker.Get some lesson on the stuff your saying before you suggest stuff to your customers!!!!!
