warranty when i purchased i was asked to purchase extended warranty and i did. they didn't explain it or never told me to register my product. I've been dealing with this crappy product i purchased a year ago trying to exchange it but it seems like none of the employees there have any good knowledge when it comes to the extended warranties. i don't recommend purchasing extended warranties from sally beauty supply.
