I've been going to this location off and on for years. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when needed. I'm glad they've taken the step to get rid of plastic bags -- if you don't want to pay for a paper one, just bring your own. Also, I think a lot of people fail to realize that they're not ALLOWED to give hair advice. Their job is to help find the product you're trying to locate and to check you out.
