I bought this shaver on sep 1 2022 and my transaction : 31799 ... on the sep 2 2022 I went there to return it with the valid receipt and they're not taking it back or give me refund... the box is unopened still they don't refund it... They're nice not at all rude but not helping at all... so 1 star for their policy no complaints regarding the employees

I want to give a huge shout out to the ladies that work here! I did an online order of Manic panic right before my hair appointment over the weekend. During my hair appointment we opened up a pink color and my colorist called out that it didn't look right. It was lumpy and gelatinous. We applied it anyway... the color did not turn out as advertised by manic panic and barely took in some spots.
