Wrong address
We called the store and asked what age they hired at. She said 18 and my mom kindly asked if there was any exceptions because her 17 year old (me) is very interested. The woman was very rude and hung up on us.
Help was more interested in her cell phone. Never asked me, the only person in the store if I needed help. I was only interested in beard products, that's it. I stood there for 10 minutes staring and she saw I was indecided but still, her phone was more important. She did absolutely nothing, alone on the store with no other customers. No customer service skills whatsoever. I had no set amount money that I would have spent on my beloved brother.
I agree. Was also followed throughout the store. Please spend elsewhere.
