Great customer service! I went to Sally's to look for a makeup for a project. When I needed help, I asked an employee. They didnt carry the specific type of makeup that i wanted, but she was able to help me come up with alternative meathods to achieve the look i wanted. (Which is a make up that would make the skin looks porcelain white/japanese style.) She even helped me look around the store for the cheapest type, since I told her i was a student with a low budget.
