Ms. Diane has absolutely impressed me with her customer service. I called to ask if they had a ION triple barrell in stock and she offered to hold it for me. I came in and she seemed to be just excited to see me as I was that they had what I needed. She offered me heat protection spray and expressed her concern about protecting my natural hair. Again I say Ms. Diane was AMAZING!
