Very rude staff in this store. Amazon has better prices and no "lip" from workers. If you need to visit a store, go to the Sally’s at Triangle Plantation on Capital Blvd. The manager and staff at that store are kind and helpful.

Today, September 7, 2022. I had a terrible experience in this location but above all with Mrs. Cynthia! I went into the store for a few things, suddenly I heard offenses and the voice tone was getting more and more. Elevated by one person (Cynthia)Until “ I hear, come and take care of them, I don’t know why they ask if they don’t understand”. That’s when I realized that something was wrong. If I could rate a 0 that's what they would get. Cinthia was super rude to my parents who don't speak much English and I called to get a corporate number or speak to a manager and she assumed i was the lady who had helped my parents during this situation she was extremely rude, As i read all these reviews i can clearly see this isn't the first time Cinthia has had horrible reviews, she is the problem at that store and maybe the store rating will go up

Cynthia was very rude to my Hispanic parents. Accusing them of being in the United States illegally. Will call corporate to submit a complaint about having a racist working at this location.
