The girl with the green hair is very curt (rudely brief). I asked her a question and she only answers in one word. Like you have to force her to talk. If she hates answering questions why is she there! She is knowledgeable but having to put a lot of energy to make her spit out what she knows is exhausting. I asked for a type of shampoo and she said they don't have it. Ok... how about give me alternatives or suggestions of where I can find them! She spent all that time I was there itching to get on her phone!

The staff was nice and super helpful, I went in wanting to dye the under side of my hair but had no idea what to do or what I needed. When I left I had everything I needed and knew exactly what to do. The staff was also super friendly and inviting when I came back a second time for a friend to get something.

Nice and helpful staff honored the exchange of wrong shade with no issue (had used but color came out wrong needed brighter) no problems color turned out great second time

They are a helpful staff but I just didn't feel welcome. I think maybe me being me may have made her feel awkward.
