I had the most incredible & fabulous service today at Sally Beauty in Peabody! I was in a huge hurry and probably very irritating to the staff. Not only did I have to return a curling iron. I had to find hair repair products as well. The manager Kat was phenomenal. She was able to get the entire transaction done in 10 minutes while adding on my professional discount. Jackie and Chelsea helped me out today. Jackie answered all of my questions with professionalism and care, helping me to get the right kind of dye for my hair, and provided me with a great recommendation for a hair masque to increase the longevity of my dye job. Jackie was also very thorough with informing me of the properties of the specific product I was purchasing.
