Well i was bummed out that my usual store in elliot was closed permanently so i went to the one on warner. There was a super friendly female worker there (i would have caught her name) if it helps i was there on 2/1/24...she answered all of questions bc i wanted to switch hair dye brands and after talking we decided against it and just adding something else to get what i was looking for. Went in to return clearly rotten or defective hair dye. Tried to tell me it was just oxidized and that it was fine. Brand new bottle of blonde hair dye was coming out BLACK towards the end. I know what oxidized blonde hair dye looks like. Even after sitting out all night the non defective hair dye was not the same color as the defective hair dye. The worst experience I’ve had in a retail store in all of 2023. The lady with black, long hair who was on shift today, December 7th at 10.00 am is the rudest person I’ve seen. She was grumpy as soon as I entered and then she snapped and lost her mind when my phone number is used by someone else. So the register asked if the info is correct for pick up and I said “no” as it showed all the info they had on another girl. Her full name, address, email and MY phone number. 11-14-2023 at 3:41 pm. Walked in and asked the lady with her nose pierced on both sides if they had any hair extensions and she very rudely snapped at me and told me to go to Amazon. I have never honestly been so disrespected for asking a simple question. I will never be back. My advice is shouldn't hire people with no customer service skills.
