I arrived to the store at 6:05pm to pick up my order that I had already paid for online so I sat and waited inside my car until 6:20pm and they close at 7:00pm so I went to go check again and the door was still locked so I called corporate they tried calling the store and couldn’t get through so they told me they have to report it. I ended up canceling my order and I will not be returning to this store.
New management and staff and WOW what a difference! Very friendly, very knowledgeable. An associate helped me fix my hair that a professional salon had badly messed up. The store is nice and they have great sales!!!!
