Store was clean and the one employee working was very helpful and friendly. It's very small and they don't require a mask so I was a little uncomfortable and it was a little crowded with only a handful of customers (maybe like 5 people). I'd support and appreciate a mask requirement considering the size of the store and how close you have to be to other customers. It's a great store and I'll continue to shop hear for beauty supplies!

The staff there was very helpful, HOWEVER. When I got home and started to bleach my hair blonde, which I have never had a problem with before, it did not work with the products the woman told me to buy. I told her I wanted to dye my hair a little bit lavender and she told me to get this purple enhancing products that turns my hair a light pink instead of a light purple. I had to go out and buy purple conditioner and leave it in my hair at the roots I was trying to dye so that they wouldn't be this horrible brassy pink color.... read more
