I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted. Ashley took the time to explain all the different products and answer any questions I had. She even offered to write down the directions for me since it was my first time buying hair dye. Customer service is huge to me, I walked out a happy customer. Thank you!
This is a decent Sally's, they usually have what I am looking for along with more options and better prices on products than other Sally's Beauty stores. The reason for low stars, is I had an associate help me color match my hair to some extensions. Not only did I purchase their Satin Strand extensions (which are more expensive), they employee didn't match my hair color correctly.
