The sales personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful, positive and upbeat. One of the products that was recommended for my weak fingernails was O.P.I Repair Mode. I used according to the instructions on the bottle, but it lifted 2 of my fingernail beds. It took a couple of weeks after using the product as instructed before the lifting showed up. The product certainly defeated the purpose of trying to repair my fingernails.
Went in today rudest girl ever. She shouldn't work w the public. Short hair w a onyx necklace. Very snooty. Been going in for yrs. Im done.
The worker who assisted me (Red hair & kind smile) was so incredibly helpful. I had shown her an item I was looking for and she immediately found it for me and even explained how to use it. Amazing customer service! Thank you
I love Sally's in grants pass oregon. The manager is awesome she's is very helpful and she is the sweetest woman. The girls that work there are awesome too. They are very helpful and I can't say enough good things about this store I do wish they would get products like human hair uwigs tho and hair extensions . I think the u wigs would be a great item to sale cause they are really easy to put on and great for when u don't have time to do your own hair. Sally's manager is really pretty too.
