My experience with this business was what I rated it-Awful. I walked in knowing what I wanted to buy, but not being a frequent shopper at Sallys Beauty Supply, I didnt know where to find it. So I looked for it, and when I couldnt find it I asked the first employee I saw to guide me in the direction where I could find the product. First, she told me to "hold on a minute" which I had no problem with, she was carrying something heavy.
