Online and hours on the building say they should be open but sign on door days they are closed for the day. I wouldn't give such a low review except I drove a ways counting that it would be open.

The gentleman working at the store today did a fantastic job. Not only was he helpful with assisting me but he did very amazing with handling a upset customer! He was so calm and cool and kept even apologizing to me for the situation. That customer calmed down once this gentleman spoke to her. He just had the right tone and demeter! Good job! Probably one of the best employees I have ever came across at this location! Give that man a raise! Promote him!

Like Hashem, I tried exchanging something but didn't have the receipt and wasn't in the system cause I sometimes forget to attach my number to purchases (adhd brain) so they refused to do an exchange just cause my dye had the old packaging compared to the new one in store (manufacturers fault, not mine for changing the design.) Other stores have always honored an even exchange and let me pay the difference if I didn't have a receipt. And that's why those stores have all 5 star reviews.
