Went to Sally beauty on Tues March 17 in West Roxbury mass,I t stats it opens at 10 am ,girl showed up at 10:01 ,I was expecting to go in but she locked door behind her,at 1010 I went to door she was at register and still wouldn't unlock door,finally at 10:20 am she unlocked door and I went in I said to her it's 10:20 n ur supposed to open at 10am,she started yelling at me to get out of store that she wouldn't serve me I asked her several times for her name and she refused so I took a picture of her as she was recoding me I ... read more
I was there to make a purchase and the black female employee couldn’t look up my info for my beauty supply card and was forced to pay full price for my item.
all of the women/employees who work here since i have started going here have helped me and have gone above & beyond. they all are .. down to earth, helpful, will actually talk to me// are very friendly and have helped me find better gel polish options. thanks ladies i am grateful for you all! and you all deserve a raise
