Jay was so amazing!! I came in flustered and unsure of the materials I would need for my project ! and she came in greeted me with a smile, directed me to where I needed to go, even read to me the products, explained what certain things were, and recommended products that have worked for herself. I ordered shampoo and conditioner. But somehow my online order showed hair oil and conditioner in my cart. I walked back into the store to exchange it. The young lady Olivia was being lazy and didn't want to take the proper steps to do an even exchange. She called her manager but still acted like it was such a BIG problem that couldn't be fixed.
