I am a licensed cosmetologist and went to the store for some items. It wasn’t open during the hours posted on the window and no one was there. There wasn’t a sign informing the public of the store being closed or change in hours. I will not being going back to this store and will drive further away to another store that will be open for professionals and the public.

Jay was clueless, rude, and NOT helpful. Seemed to be worried about anything but the customers in the store. I have been a loyal Sally’s customer for years, now I will not be returning.
