I’ve been having a really shitty week and I found out that my boyfriend was cheating on me so I needed a change and Jada Was an amazing help. She helped me pick a color that matched my skin tone and would look good with my hair. She was really nice and she made me feel better and it was just an overall pleasant experience plus the color came out really cute.
Employees do not answer phone calls. Called countless times on Monday and Tuesday (probably a dozen times collectively), and Sally’s online customer service called multiple times on my behalf both days as well. Even asked the receptionist at the spa next door to pop by to see if the store had shut down for some reason, and was told it was open but no one was visible in the store at that moment.
