I just wish they carried more items like hair extensions and if a few other name brands but it's a clean store and it's great for when you want to get in and get out
I went in to purchase some clippers yesterday for my beard trim and was advised to get a certain pair of Wahl clippers that are used for removing hair from the top of the head. It was before the store closed so by the time I got home and realized they were not the clippers that I needed, the store had closed. Worst customer service experience ever! We walked in just 15 minutes after buying hair products, simply trying to return it—no big deal, right? Well, apparently, it was too much work for the employees at this store. They did not give us a receipt, and instead of being understanding or even slightly helpful, they flat-out refused to give us our money back. My friend and I bought hair dye then went to return about 15 minutes later because we had cold feet and were not convinced with the color. My return was easy since I made an account however the employees, Mila specifically, (the one with the purple hair) made it really difficult for my friend since they didn’t give her a receipt.
