Worst customer service experience ever! We walked in just 15 minutes after buying hair products, simply trying to return it—no big deal, right? Well, apparently, it was too much work for the employees at this store. My friend and I bought hair dye then went to return about 15 minutes later because we had cold feet and were not convinced with the color. My return was easy since I made an account however the employees, Mila specifically, (the one with the purple hair) made it really difficult for my friend since they didn’t give her a receipt. The workers do not know what they're doing. I was looking for hair dye and was trying to find a good one, asking questions, and the girl did not know that with some, you can't bleach it for a period of time afterwards, so you're stuck with the color for awhile. I talked to someone else and was told that I don't have to bleach my roots, that the dye will take, it'll just be darker. IT DIDNT TAKE AT ALL. My roots are dirty blonde
