They had a decent selection of things, but not exactly what I wanted. I should’ve looked at the website ahead of time. I wanted the amplified manic panic hair dye, but they only had the high voltage one. I think the amplified version is pretty popular, so I was surprised that they didn’t have it. The people that work there are super nice without being pushy. Great store environment, just didn’t find what I was looking for.

Most of the employees here are extremely rude... they are down your throat as soon as you walk in and then act offended, some even make snide comments, when you say you aren't in need of any help. This place needs an attitude adjustment. They make the whole experience in here very uncomfortable. I will not be back.

Microwavable heating cap exploded in my microwave. Entire apartment smell of burnt Popcorn my microwave plate is now burnt and Sally’s refused to give me a refund because I threw the product away. What? Would you have rather me drag the product that can stink up an entire room into your store dripping of beads? No apology or nothing. Hello. I came to Sally’s to look for some hair products when i was then approached by an employee who told me i should really consider buying a face mask. I take this to offense because i have suffered with acne my whole life and i am very insecure about this. I find this to be very disrespectful. I then fled out of the store because i was traumatized and humiliated to be treated in such manor. I will not be coming back and this not a way to get business flowing .
