It’s things like this that make me not trust people with freaky dyed hair like green, blue or purple. The staff girls weren’t nice or helpful. They were either really nosy and asking if I needed help like I was stealing, or they were in the back room, which would ironically let people steal things. I only came in here for liquid biotin because it’s unfortunately one of the only places I could find it.
Had a less than desirable visit at this location. My visit started when I walked in and heard another customer checking out. As soon as the customer left, the bell wasn't even done ringing and the clerk said "well, at least she bought something..." and then proceeded to dog on the customer. I hadn't been in a Sally's for a while and wanted to see what all was available. I went in trying to dye my hair for the first time since salon prices and availability are inconvenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful! They helped me pick a color closer to my root color. The friendly staff definitely make me feel some comfortable.
Fabulous place to shop. Walked in and out in 5 minutes with items I needed. Thank you ladies for such wonderful service! 12-9-24 (keracolor conditioner not recommended for sensitive people. I did a test and got no negative results. Then used on my hair for 2 minutes. Hair came out beautiful, but as day went on my ears, neck and forehead began to itch with a horrible prickly feeling and swell up red!
